Dakta Green:
24 hours ago (Monday, 1st February) I was preparing for trial when 2 Police officers arrived at my home and arrested me. Charged me with failure to turn up in court. I thought I only had 2 matters to deal with on the 26th January, It appears I had 3. In two different courts. Court failed to inform me and I pay the price. Prohibition sux. “Legal this Year”

So sorry to hear this.
Anyone know how long he’ll be away, if it all?
Never been to the Daktory myself but I support everything you stand for.
In regards to the 3rd matter, Dakta Green was not even told of this, so legally he should have not been held accountable.
They are liars because they are out to silence him, it makes me sick to see my Good Friend Dakta Green be treated like this.
What’s next, out to get me, because I choose to protest and support Law Reform.
Well I hope the justice system falls over because of this.
Peace out…

Curiously, I am due in the District Court in Christchurch this very morning for charged with ‘Disturbing the Peace’. (and possessing out of the public gaze, paraphernalia, the most disturbing of offences! )
No doubt there will be the usual phalanx of precious reform wonka’s who will continue to declare this activist a loose cannon, but when you cannot speak out in public on a public health matter and the Police put you in handcuffs and clang those cell doors shut… its a cogent reminder to all and sundry “you might be next”.
So dangerous indeed that police bail condition saw me banned from the ’square mile’ a(nother) invisable line arbitarily proscribed and in complete violation of my human rights that comprises FOUR AVENUES, Bealy, Fitzgerald, Moorehouse, and Rolleston [approx 4 square miles] and is, as anyone who attended Canterbury University prior to its move to Ilam, will know as the traditional home of the ‘Chunda Mile!’.
The Human Rights Commission will doubtless be real impressed!
(having left this matter alone for far to long… I do sense a change of heart from the ground up and an opportunity to put the ‘consumer represenation’ clearly on the agenda before the law review.)
So today, it will be determined if I am SO DANGEROUS and/or INJURIOUS to the public good… I should continue to be banned! (I am entering no-plea while witnesses and evidence is obtained)
It ends up that the Arrest was un-lawfull as they did not notify him of that court date, just police listening to the corrupt officer.
When does it ever stop. Chin up and be proud to be a smoker
